These sessions are structured as group support rather than individual therapy. While Michaele-Sue is a registered therapist, the focus is on guidance, support, and coping strategies in a group format. This approach provides professional expertise in a more accessible, community-focused environment.
Groups are kept intentionally small (typically 6-10 participants) to ensure everyone has space to share and feel heard. This size creates intimacy while providing diverse perspectives and support.
That's completely okay. You're welcome to listen and participate as much or as little as feels comfortable. There's no pressure to share, and tears are always welcome. The group provides a safe space to feel whatever you're feeling.
